Shipping Information & Instructions

For every Mandolin, Mandola, Octave Mandolin and Mandocello, we will use a professional foam case, very safe! If need, we can offer you the packing photos before we ship your package out, just contact us by emails.

By EMS, the shipping time is usually 20~25 days. You can track it anytime. As the festivals and holidays in December and January, the shipping is a little slow than before. but EMS is always working well, no worry about this. Any questions or needs, just tell us anytime, we will do our best to help you anytime.

For Europe market customers, when you get to the payment page, we recommend you to choose the EMS as the carrier, the shipping time is usually about 20~25 days. There is no shipping delay for Europe market, but it may happen sometimes.

For faster way, we can offer UPS/Fedex/DHL, pls contact us first , we will check the shipping fee for you and may need to know your VAT information.

Our working time: 9:00 am~10:00 pm (Beijing time).During this time, we will reply you immediately. For the other time, our reply may be a little slow, hope for your understanding.
